Please tell Insulation required or not in expansion joint.
if yes how we do insulation on expansion joint
If No. then Heat Loss will be here

Usually, the entire expansion joint is covered by insulation blankets around it. Total expansion and relative movement is very small (1/2 inch to 3/4 inch outlet to inlet) compared to the OD of the entire expansion joint. You DON'T stuff insulation inside the joint nor between the bellows, just leave it slightly loose.
 
Insulation may be required for expansion joints depending on the fluid properties.

Some expansion joint manufacturers provide external covers as an accessory for expansion joints so that insulation can then be placed over the expansion joint unit.
