basically it will lead to increase the efficiency, but is there any calculation that i can refer to in order to find the percentage of performance efficiency of the compressor? as insulation material increase the insulation surface temperature to 31.9 degressC from uninsulated surface temperature -41 degress C.

Insulating where? For what purpose?

If you want help you really need to define the problem and the boundry conditions (and using proper puncuation and grammer will avoid people just writing you off as too lazy to bother to communicate properly).

as an example; the outside body surface temperature for an ethylene compressor reading is -96 degrees C and it creates icing as the condensation process take place.
-after the compressor body being insulated, the reading reduce to ambient temperature whereby it conserved the heat and maintain the line temperature. for this case, the mechanical work for this compressor also reduce to obtain and maintain the work output.
- i dont get to match the COP of an compressor eventually increse the efficiency while the heat loss from this compressor body is reduced.
