We are considering using a 80NB bypass line off a 400NB to install a conductivity probe. The bypass line will have isolation valves and enable on-line maintenance to the probe.
In theory there should be flow, however the concern is that fluid dynamics at the bypass may prohibit flow through the bypass. There is probably a proven method to install such a bypass. Any comments would be appreciated.
