Installing Oracle on linux (Red Hat)

Hello All,

I'm trying to install Oracle Collaboration Suite in Linux using the universal installer. This suite has 3 levels to install and link. When the installer starts I receive an error message stating can not find files.
Has anyone installed this yet and can you offer some assistance?
