I would like to Project an installation of N2 Nitrogen. This will be composed with five tanks to be installed in a boiler. So, I would like to know about how can I make this project, minimum distance of the point of use, conditions, local temperature admissible, norms commonly used, there are high minimum or its need to be installed in soil, etc. Some one here knows the procedures to make an installation of Nitrogen or indicates a link of some site, or documents? Best regards for any one that helps and of any that read my question, and thanks for all of this community.

Hello and welcome to Eng-Tips.

Your question is so vague, and so broad there is no way that anyone can provide you with any meaningful answer.

You have provided absolutely no specifics about what you are trying to do. All anyone can do is start guessing. At best this will lead you down the wrong path. At worst it could lead you to a dangerous situation if you act based on advice that is offered on a bad guess.

We are an international community here. Part of your question seems to be asking about codes and standards. It would be really helpful if you identified what country you are in.

Also, we are pretty tolerant of question posed by people whose first language is not English, but in some cases - like yours - it's really difficult to work out what you might be trying to ask. Do you have a colleague who could help to improve the English a bit?

Finally, Eng-Tips works best if you ask specific questions about specific problems. Broad questions like "how do I build a rocket" are not likely to be answered.

ditto to the previous post.

are you desinging an inerting system ? if so, have you tried googling "N2 inerting systems" ?

whilst you may want to flood the boiler with N2, i doubt that you want to install the (cold, very cold) tanks inside the (presumably hot, very hot) boiler.

just my 2c
