Absolutely,, I set-up pro/engineer and mechanica,, but when I begin ... Applications\ mechanica,,, it break out this problem,, after then,, I can't "Run a Design Study "

Run ptcsetup again for your Pro/E installation and make sure you specify your Mechanica loadpoint under "Configure other applications"
