Inserting fasteners on a sketches point set, NX9

What I want to do is be able to, from an assembly level, have a reference set in one part that would include a sketch with points. Select a fastener (SHCS), and then the sketch, and auto populate the sketch points. Getting the threaded and c'bored holes in the corresponding parts is the bonus and true advantage of setting something like this up. Having the screws be parametric to the sketch would be great. I do so much of this type of work the hard way. Modeling the thru holes, transferring and then creating the tapped holes in the mating parts...

Am I dreaming or is this doable?? Seems like it should be but I've never seen an example of this in NX.

TIA for any help!

Yes, that example isn't unlike what I'm doing now. What I want to do is place a machinery library screw on the point set of components sketch. Then use "Create Pocket" to get the Thru hole in one component, and the threaded hole in the other mating component.
