Trying to insert a tabulated bom excel sheet into a
drawing. How do I increase the size of the excel sheet
horizontally to show more columns. Dragging it down
to show all the rows doesn't seem to be a problem.

DBl-click the Excel BOM, drag the window size.

Been tryin that...like I said, I can get all the rows to
show, but when I drag across, the window just "scales" and
doesn't show any additional columns. I admit I don't import
OLE's into drawings much...could it be a setting in the
excel file I'm missing...?

Check the Help file for design tables > in drawings and follow the Related Topics for displaying and editing.

Basically you have to prepare the spreadsheet in Excel and then insert into the drawing.

Thanks, that doesn't seem to help this problem tho...
It's just a populated xcel file. Trying to get the max
number of colums on the drawing and see where I need
to split the file...

Thanks Scott...I'll have a gander over there...

tomorrow... ;o)

if you don't need it linked to the orig, open the Excel spreadsheet, select cells you want, copy.
In SW, insert object/new Excel, paste, resize.
