insert a picture 1

Hello,

I am trying to insert a picture to draw on it in SW 08 SP4
the only format is TIF although i already did it before in SP0.0 with jpg (even when i tried to convert it to TIF, i got nothing, still blank page)

Did they change something or am i having troubles with my installation?

If you simply use Insert > Picture it does only allow a tif format it appears.

Try starting a new sketch, then going to Tools > Sketch Tools > Sketch Picture. That allows a number of different formats.

The Sketch Picture also allows resizing the image to the required scale.

thank you so much, i was doing that before but probably, i followed the help file as i forgot it, that's why i was doing it from insert and not tools.
