I have an arrangement where a bearing (6205 ) is Setup to rotate both inner and outer race at 120 rpm and 10rpm repectively. Ihave setup the bearing but have not tried to rotate it at the required speed.
My question is,is the above setup possible?(rotate both inner and outer race at the same time in the same direction at different speed)if yes how can I calculate the wear.

I believe the more detailed catalogs have info along the lines of simply using the differential rpm.
A change of 10 rpm is not likely to make a meaningful difference in life anyhow.

I anticipate A change from standard lubrication to something thicker may be required to achieve best life due to the low rpm as well.

How are the bearings loaded? That determines the inner and outer ring fits.
With inner and outer rings rotating, both may require interference fits to the shaft and housing respectively.
That brings on significant difficulties assembling the parts, and accommodating axial thermal growth without murdering the bearings.
