I have an idea for a plastic product but not sure about the best way to produce it. The closest example I can find would be a plastic cable clamp
This would appear to be injection molded flat and then bent in a separate process to form the loop? How is that done?

My product would be similar but the profile would not be flat except for the ends where the holes are. The ‘body’ profile would be a crescent shape concave inside of loop. Straight length of piece would be 8 to 10” and the width approx. ¾” thickness TBD but guessing 1/16th

The cable clamp is 'as moulded'. Probably the ends closed a small amount post mould cooling.

Politicians like to panic, they need activity. It is their substitute for achievement.
