Infrared Pyrometer

I am looking into the possibility of measuring certain objects as they are placed into heated dies.

If the objects are left in the dies too long then the chemical on the top surface starts to react before they can be processed.

The color of the object is medium green I am sure that the Emissivity level will be .9 or better.

I would need to scan the objects from a distance of 1 meter.

Most hand held IR Thermometers have a fixed emmisivity of .95. They should work fine at .90 level. Some of the more expensive models have adjustable emmisivity level. Here is a link to a wide variety of pyrometers. Happy to discuss any of them off-line:
