Hi!
anybody can help me on area "Infrared drying of paddy"
 
Lots of info available, too much to elaborate here. University of Arkansas studies, some new equipment recently tested etc. Rice paddy can be dried in 3 hours with less cracking/higher yield than conventional processes.
