Corroded Area of considerable size in the form of grooves (380x200mm, 530x150mm and 960x220mm) were found on the bottom side of a pressure vessel.
asking about derating procedures with respect to API510 espetially Chap 5.7 point f (ASME code section VIII, div 2 appendix4.
General informations about the pressure vessel:
Pression service max = 31.6 bar
Pression Hydrostatique = 47.4 bar
Température = 100 °c
Pression actuel of operating = 28 bar
Initial thickness = 28.5 mm
Diameter = 1850 mm
Joint efficiency = 0.9

Maximal Depth mesurment = 8.4 mm
