Watched the “Industrial Hose How It's Made” video (link). We would like to do this at a smaller prototype level in house. Where can I find more technical information about how to do this in practice? (i.e. what raw materials to use, heat and pressure profiles for curing, final hardness as it relates to heat/pressure profile, sources for industrial steam autoclaves, etc.) Any direction is much appreciated.

Wow. I think you need to go on a course in rubber technology before you embark on such a project.

hmm perhaps, have any you recommend?
The format doesn't really matter to us, whether its a course or a textbook or a website... we're just looking for information about 1 layer deeper than what the video provides.

That depends on where you are based. I provide the occasional rubber tech short course (3 or 4 days) and I'm based in the UK.

Setting up this sort of tube manufacturing line will cost $$$$$ perhaps it would be better to buy them in? I can put you in touch with a number of Malaysian companies that produce such tubing.
