Info on a chlorine analysor

I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good mobile chlorine analyser.
I work for Parks and part of my job is to check the potable water supply out of the water taps for free chlorine on a daily basis. There is about 7 Parks that we have to do. Something quick and easy that records the results would be best. Also, is there any analysers out there that don't use reagants?

DPD test kit, available from most swimming pool supply stores.
If the taps are not used regularly may have to flush a while to see the chlorine, especially if they are located some distance from the chlorination point. But then again if they are for potable water they probably could use flushing periodically. I was in charge of checking drinking water at an industrial site, sometimes had to flush the more distant water fountains 1/2 hour or more due to the distance and the small flow of a water fountain. More important than the chlorine is the disinfection, since that is the purpose of the chlorine anyway. Might want to periodically assess whe water from the pipes before flushing to make sure nothing nasty is growing in the water sitting in the pipe after the chlorine has disapeared.
Also remenber that some of the chlorine that disappeared may have reincarnated as chloramines, which have some disinfecting action though not as strong as chlorine.
