I have acquired a Revex rougher for which I have very little information on.Does anybody have a formula for the head constant?.Where is this setting taken from?There is a gauge that appears to fit on the cutter with a pivotting blade on each end what would this be used for?I also need advice on a#14 Gleason Coniflex.There appears to be a problem on the down roll,resulting in a flat spot being generated on the lower flank.My short term solution has been to move the head in by 0.020" for finishing.Cutting 3 DP 20 PA mitre.Information would be greatly appreciated
