Hello all!

I'm looking for the interrupting capacity of a Westinghouse BK oil circuit breaker 7500V 600A, circa 1940 !
Built by Canadian Westinghouse in Hamilton Ont.

Thankx

Try contacting Eaton/Cutler-Hammer. They are now manufacturing some lines of Westinghouse design MV switchgear.

What doe's the nameplate have on it. In some cases the interuption rate is in the type, model, or style #. ie
GE FK-255-500 = 500 MVA Interuption.

If it's an outdoor oil breaker, you might want to contact ABB in the US. They bought the old Westinghouse HV breaker line, I think.

I don't know if they can go that far back, however.

I don't find any information on it in the reference sources that I have.
