Inflections on a surface in a direction, rather than on cuts through the surface?

In NX 6 or 7.5.5, is there a way to plot contours of inflections on a surface, say inflections in a given direction? This way I can get the inflection story for a whole surface at once, rather than using combs on a cut through the surface, and moving that cut all over.

I appreciate any and all advice on this, and thanks in advance.
