Infiniband mechanics

Hi, all!
We use Infiniband connectors in our 1-U assembly on wire-to-board basis. The problem is that mating cable connector is huge and mechanically vulnerable, when connected to the back panel. Although we connect our receptacle with 3 screws to the back panel, it doesn't convince our customers. Does anybody have any experience in such a situation? Any advise would be welcome.
