Increase in Allowable Shear in presence of Seismic Load

Hi,

Am I allowed to increase the allowable shear stress for weld sizing (0.3*Sut and 0.4*Sy) if my load combination includes Seismic Load per AISC.

If yes, what is the increase factor ?
