INCOMPLETE ANALYSIS

Hello guys,

I would be glad if you could give some tips about a problem I face with SAP2000 17version .
Every time I try to run the analysis I get this error.
I have contacted CSI technical support bit I didnt get any answer. Can anyone help me?

Hey guys,

I found out that the problem was that I had the file in a folder which name was written in GREEK. When I changed it to ENGLISH letters everything went ok.

Do you know why is this done? How can I have greek name folders and the program still running without a problem?

Is it genuine software?
Maybe one of the directories is dislocated or not in correct place, that's why you get it. It is more technical issue than engineering one!
Lastly, reinstall it again.
