In which equation is ?ar used in CSA S16-2009? 2

Hi!

At the beginning of CSA S16-2009 section 13, there is a factor ϕar for anchor rods. However, I can't find where this factor is used. In which equation is it used?

I would assume it is used with regard to the tensile, bending or shear strength of anchor bolts.

Haha this is exactly what I plan to do. This is the CSA S16 2009 in my blue book, but I have the CSA S16-2019 in a standalone version at the office. But I will personnally purchase the new blue book once it comes out. I hope they will produce an electronic version of it this time.
