In UG NX6, We are facing problem in section view generate in drafting
the error is showing "Modeler error occurred when updating section view."

Is this happening on a Drawing of an Assembly or a single piece part? Whatever, errors like this generally indicate that there's a problem with the part(s) being Drafted. Open the parts and run the Examine Geometry utility to see if there are any problems with the model(s). If so you may have to repair them. You can also try using the Part Cleanup utility and at least perform the 'Moderate Cleanup Actions'.
