In-rack sprinkler for Rubber Storage

I'm designing warehouse the stored rubber on rack (Open portable tire rack).
Building Height = 12 meters , Rack Height = 10 meters Only ceiling sprinkler isn't enough.
Can i use chapter 25.8.2 NFPA 13 to protect the rubber. if chepter 25.8.2 will not work please tell me another choice.

You will need to look at the totality of Chapter 25 of NFPA 13 (2019 ed.). Chapter 17 of NFPA 13 that previously addressed rubber storage was either moved into chapter 25, deleted, or (some minor sections) were moved elsewhere.
