Hi All,

Previously in NX 7.5.3.3, i was able to change the "Broken View" line from a solid line to phantom line (as shown in attachment) by using "Object Display..." command (ctrl + j) . But in NX 9.0.3.4, i unable to do so because it dosen't allow me to select the "Broken View" line in "Object Display..." command.

Is that any others way to change the "Broken View" line to phantom line?
sorry for my bad english.

Thanks.

Simply select the 'Section Line' object, press MB3, select the 'Settings...' option and when the dialog appears, select the 'Section Line' item and you'll find the options to change the Font of the Section Line.

Hi John,

Thanks for your reply!

I had try your method but it dosen't show the "Setting..." in MB3 option..

Attached with the example part file for your referance.
my objective is to get the double "s" shape line display as phantom line.
hope you can guide me how to get this output in NX 9.

Thanks!

Sorry, I was thinking of Section Lines. I suspect that despite the fact that you could edit these in the past, that it's not supported as part of any Drafting Standard. If you could site the standard where it is allowed, I would contact GTAC and have them open an IR/PR to that effect.
