In my analysis problem, there is a load combination like 1.5(dead load + wind load in x direction) and 1.5(dl+wind load in y direction).in sap 2000, is this type of load combination can possible to define....? ( how to define wind load in x and y direction..?)

You have many alternatives, as follows:

1. Define a load pattern of the wind load parallel to a specified direction, for instance X and apply the corresponding loads at nodes, frames etc.
or:
2. You can have the wind loads calculated automatically, setting the Auto Lateral Load option from the Load patterns form

Then you shall include that load pattern in the combination which you will create under the Define->Load combinations menu item.
