Hello !!!
New at this !!!... and needing some help to model a In-Line pressure balance expansion joint without any elbow at Caesar II. not convinced with results ... (dwg attached!!)

Have you read the Caesar II User's Guide ?

Did you use the Caesar EXJ modeller ?
 
The easiest way to model a pressure balanced EJ is to model a axial EJ with effective area=0.
This kind of modelling is true basically.
