I have a problem when rebuilding an assembly sometimes in SW.
I have some rear frame components at the rear end of a tipper body assembly which are on a 10 degree angle to the rest of the body. The in-context references determine the height of the rear frame so that it suits the body height.
Sometimes when I change the height of the body and rebuild my assembly it all rebuilds correctly and the rear frame suits the body, but other times when I rebuild one or both of the rear frame sections do not change (see picture). When this happens I have to open the part and rebuild it. Then when I go back to my assembly it is as it should be.
My modelling methods are probably do not follow the best practice (see feature manager in picture), but this baffles me as sometimes it works and sometimes it doesnt - I have to show this to some clients and if this happens during a presentation I will have some serious egg on my face.
Hope you guys can help.
I am running SW Office Professional, SP 3.1
