IMPORTING TO RAM ELEMENT FROM RAM STRUCTURAL SYSTEM.>

i am trying to import to ram element from ram structural system but this error keeps popping up and terminating the process: "external exception E06d7363"

Can Anyone plz help me with this i need to finish this damn project as soon as possible

All I have done is go to "Import" within RAM elements and selected either the lateral model or full model. But it's never been without issues (most of the time it can't find the member sizes correctly).

We use RAM products extensively and have always found their technical support to be top notch. We have had them on conference call working through some errors occasionally. I highly recommend you go straight to them and get someone who can dissect that error code. It could be a fairly simple work around.

A call to tech support should straighten it out. They are very helpful. I have not had your problem. It has worked for me as described in their literature (manual, online wiki, training classes, etc.)

Thank you SteveGregory and kylesito i solved the problem, i was trying to import a model with a slab edge errors!! ( Silly mistake i know )
