I'm using inventor 2012 and Gibbs 2010 and the inventor has an add in allowing me to export directly to Gibbs. When I do this I get the model into Gibbs but I can't do anything in the machining operations with it. I am not very proficient with Gibbs but my guys at the shop are and they can't get it either. I am able to pick edges and circles on my model as well as extract holes but still no machining operation. I can sketch in Gibbs and get the machining to work so I know I am capable of simple operations. What am I doing wrong?
