Hello dear users,

I have a transformation file from deformably transformed medical image. The transformation file that is indeed a vector field, contains vector at each voxel that each component of the vector represents the magnitude of displacement at that direction. I have a 3D reconstructed closed surface volume imported in Ansys workbench static structure analysis and I want to define this transformation vector file that is an external file as a boundary condition to the structure that I have. Probably I want to apply the displacement vector to each nodal to see the displacement at each point after the transformation.
Is there any specific format for displacement to be defined in Ansys and be imported?

Btw, instead of displacement at each voxel, I can have the file in a format that shows me BSpline parameters obtained from basis function at each node.

Could someone please tell me how can I import an external boundary condition to be applied to my model? Is it possible to do that? Any idea would be helpful.

Thank you very much for your help in advance.

Sadegh
