Importing 3d model dxf to Etabs 18

Hi Everyone,

I am trying to import a 3D model to Etabs 18 a 3D model done in cad and saved as a DXF. I have tried with different versions of files (years) and I am having the same error.

"Error reading file, due to Index was outside the bounds of the array"

I have tried with other files and is giving the same error.

Any advice/tip please?
