Import data from CSV file into Femap environment using API

Hello!

I have a problem with a solution to this problem. I need to write a script that will display the "Open File" and then creates a new vector for active Output set.
Femap has a csv file import feature (File -> Import analysis model -> comma separated) but I can not find the API function that performs this task by a script.

Can anyone have an idea how to do this, or what function to use?
