HOW DO I IMPORT A AUTOCAD DWG. INTO PRO-E
 
Insert data from file
 
When you open a file, change the "file type" to All. The "*.dwg" file will show in the list. When you select it, Proe will ask you to name the new drawing file.
 
Just a note- Make sure the AutoCad files do not have any spaces in them or Pro/E will not recognize the file!
