Easy question for you all.

1) How do you calculate the impingement force on a flat plate with say a 10" nozzle with a fluid velocity of 50m/s with a varying direction of flow (say 0 deg to 90deg).
2) How do you then calculate the addtional load caused by say a 50kg slug carried within the fluid.

Many thanks in advance.

Change in momentum = forces acting upon plate.
