Impervious Surface

Hi,

I am working on a project where storm water runoff is a major issue. I have to a place a 16'x10' equipment pad but it has to be completely pervious. What will be a good solution for this? If I add 2'x2' concrete foundation, will that also be considered pervious?

Have a look into porous paving perhaps. In all reality though 16' x 10' won't matter much whether it is impervious or pervious in terms of storm water runoff.
