Imperial to Metric Cluster change

Iam looking for a company that can convert an 03 Dodge Ram Pickup imperial gauge cluster to metric configuration. I need to do this on a regular basis.

You might want to post your quesion in "Automotive electrical & sensor engineering" forum67

For many vehicles, Detroit may have variations for export to nearby metric countries. There may be an alternate gauge cluster available which can be ordered.
