Impeller Size

Hi all,

Ok so hopefully someone can help me. I need to calculate an impeller size of a fan. I have the following: The 5819 cubic feet that it has to do, the rpm at which it runs is 2900rpm. I am really stuck and can't find any assistance. It has to be according to an altitude of 1,753 metres (5,751 ft) not sea level.
