Dear Experts,
I am still confusing about the impact test on material and impact test for WPS / PQR purpose.
Figure 4.1.a in API 650 shows the impact requirement based on plate thickness, material specs and MDMT.
API 650 paragraph 9.2. states the requirement of impact test which is related to WPS / PQR.
Let say if the by using Figure 4.1.a. the plate need impact test, does it mean we need impact test on our PQR coupon and vice versa ?
