i'm MDT user, and want to learn & switch to solid works field. does anyone have any suggestion? and which books i should start with?

I don't know why, but it's remember me a person... oh, yeah.. that was me :-)
I'd switch to SW around one month ago, I was a MDT user like you... You won't want back to MDT, have sure about it! :-)
I learned the basics using SW's tutorials and after I read the help topics... I'll give you the necessary experience to begin your work in SW, then you can begin modeling some assemblies to practice, when you think you're ready, begin a new project. So you'll see taht you need to know how to make a lot of things that isn't in the help, then you can ask for help here, the people from here are so helpful :-)
