Illinois Balancing Valve

All,
I ran across an Illinois brand Balancing valve that was installed around 1983. Instead of having to replace all 175 valves, I was wonding if anyone had heard of this brand, if they are still around, and/or if anyone had a copy of the balancing charts used with this valve?
