ifort.exe not found in PATH ?!!

I keep on getting this message "ifort.exe not found in PATH" when i am trying to submit a job with a linked subroutine. Anybody knows how to fix that?

Do you have the Intel Fortran compiler installed ?

i have virtual fortran installed
