Hong Kong to pick up a Bose Sound system and two 160GB iPods for my wife (accompanying me) and daughter - to Vietnam as Luky has been on my case for never taking her there when we worked in Laos - Thailand to have a small cyst removed (minor op) and to see our Condominium - Bali to see our daughter (she's utterly confusing) and back home for a week before hitting the grind. I am tired; as one can guess from some of my threads here. I'm going to try to ENJOY the time off! Best to you all!

fattdad - I'm home now at work; although in the house I've lost a pound or two with all the shaking - but don't worry - I'm nowhere close to LittleH

Yeah BigH with my new job, I'm just not at the forum so much any more. I have real work to do and enjoying the life (and challenges) of a highway engineer. My new job is also interesting as I'm a resource to the various transportation geologists throughout the state. It's whats interesting as I can be involved in projects throughout the state, some classic geotechnical and others more geological.

All in the family though.

I'm calling this reply on topic - as if anybody cares - ha.

You stickin' with the diet? I figure now that "feeding season" is over (the period from Halloween to Super Bowl), I need to shed a few myself.

f-d...glad to hear the new job is going well...You're a hell of an asset to a state DOT! Hope they know that!

Diet? Howie is probably now svelt, of course. I, on the other hand, could stand to lose 20 or so lbs added in the last 2 years.....help!!
