Does anyone know of a formula or conversion factor to get summer/winter ratings for a particular conductor.
The chart I use lists the rating at 900A for 795 kcm ACSR.
This is based on 75deg C conductor temp 2ft/sec wind speed and 25deg C ambient temp. If I want to know the rating at 40deg C ambient or 10deg C ambient is there a conversion or formula to quickly get it without going through the RATEIEEE program.

No quick calculation that I know of, but there are several different implementations of the calculation out there. If all you need is a quick reference for this particular conductor, I have attached a graph for a 0C ambient. For a quick approximation, just use it as a temperature rise graph. Keep in mind there are several variables that go into the calculation, so this graph is a bit off of your 900A.
