Has anyone had any success commanding a GE D60 over IEC 60870-5-104? I am trying to trigger an event, ideally something from FlexLogic via a command over IEC 60870-5-104 and for the life of me I can't find where in EnerVista I can define an action based on an IOA address. The manual shows it supports ASDU 45 - C_SC_NA_1 single commands, but I can't find where you can define anything. The only options are for setting up events the D60 generates over M_SP_NA_1 or M_ME_NC_1 analog events. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks.
