Identifying loops in a sketch 1

Hi folks,

I have number of loops in a sketch which are used in a single 'extrude with unite'. Following an update the extrude is failing with the message "Loop 3 has become open." I cannot find how to identify which is loop 3. How do I do this?

Did you select the loops manually when you created what I assume is a single 'extrude with unite' feature? If so, that might be what the message is indicating; the 3rd loop selected.

Make the extrude your current feature, edit the boolean option to "none". The open loop will create a sheet body instead of a solid.

Thanks for the replies.

John - I didn't originally create the sketch or the extrude (I'm picking the model up from someone else) so telling me it's the 3rd loop without highlighting which one it is doesn't help.
