Identifying a transistor part mark

Have a part I am trying to identify, SOT23-5, labelled QWA6. Assuming it is a transistor, could be a diode in this circuit. Cant find it.

post a "clear" pic of the part and schematic or maybe even a portion of the circuit on the board. Sometimes you can figure it out by looking at the components around it and figuring out what it does/fits.
