Identify clashing dimension lines using NXOpen ? 1

Hello friends,

I need your help once again. I have a drawing sheet in NX9 having a number of dimension lines. I need a way to figure out if I can identify whether any 2 dimension lines are clashing or interfering with each other. If it is found clashing or overlapping, then I need to re-position the dimension entity programatically so as to avoid the clash.
I would ideally like to achieve this using NXOpen API's. Can someone in this amazing group help me out with this ? I am stuck on this since morning.
