By taking a copy of all parts of ISO 15156 and reviewing the materials requirements and exposure environment limits therein. Then, review the materials certificates to ascertain that all of the materials requirements are met. Check the process conditions to confirm that the environment does not exceed the thresholds for the material. Finally, if it is desired to exercise permitted exclusions, obtain the consent of the end user.
